BBC bad/erroneous reporting on Chancellors speach

In a recent televised programme on the Spirits Industry, whisky manufacturers said that a 2% reduction in duty would lead to a 15000 increase in employment because of exports.

The BBC repeats that duty has gone down by 2 pence not the 2% that the Chancellor announced.
