Illegal Mosque asks for change of use under Planning Laws

Like every town in the Country, England has had applications placed before the Planning Authority to change a building's usage.  What makes this series of buildings unique is that three people have already been criminalised for going against Planning Laws and setting up the Establishment, irregardless of the Law, local opinion and the sheer disregard of National and local Law.

Just by looking at this recent picture you can see that a criminal act has taken place by having vehicles parked on the frontage. Councillors Blackburn and Jones say it is a criminal matter therefore a Police matter.  But if you ask either sagacious characters what they are doing about it, in response to the public outcry, they go particularly mute. This takes us back to that last Pact Meeting where Cllr Jones tried hard to undermine the voice of the locals by demeaning their participation and where Cllr Sweet Shop was laughed at when he referred to 'honest decisions' made by the Council.

Has this situation been permitted to fester because one of those found guilty of a criminal offence was to be a prospective Labour candidate in the forthcoming local elections?  No!  One should never become cynical.

Fresh planning requests have been placed before Blackpool planning authority on May 7th of this year even though there has been major internal alterations to the five shops. The work was carried out without planning permission and in direct contravention of Health and Safety.  Just to illustrate how one sided against law abiding people councillors and police become, just look at where the Police Speed Camera is in relation to the illegally parked vehicles.  Now, tell the World how the authorities can blatantly disregard the Corporate Murder of Blackpool Veteran, Andy Miller, whilst ignoring these NEW Britain's who flaunt our laws before all and sundry?

Do we have to take Mr Miller's case to a Sharia Court or are the Police and Council going to accept their responsibility and comply with all the Laws of the Land?

No-one is holding their breath for the Authorities to come down on the side of the British People.

Police review their relationship with Bailiffs

This article was first blogged in January 2009.  I make no aplogies for repeating the exercise and hope you read  Emma Cruces piece carefully.  It is very good but omits several salient fact.  Facts I shall not go into until after I can guage the response from Britain's premier investigation Authority.

On Wednesday of this week, I shall be with the Police in London and will try to explain why this needless and illegal death should get properly investigated.  It is not as if this death is an isolated incident. But for the fact that someone recorded, on video, the killing of paper vendor Ian Tomlinson, that sad episode would never have resulted in any action whatsoever.

The way the politicians, police and Magistrates have closed ranks over the death of Andy Miller is another indictment of this country and where it is heading.  It is small wonder that paedophiles have been allowed to go about their filthy pursuits as those in Office do, apparently, everything possible to cloud and obstruct information being freely available to the people.

Probe into Accrington pensioner's death after bailiff visit over speeding fine
8:40am Friday 16th January 2009 in Search By Emma Cruces

PROBE: An investigation has been ordered into the death of Andy Miller

A PENSIONER collapsed and died from a heart attack after being taken to a cashpoint by a bailiff to pay an overdue speeding fine.
Justice Minister and Blackburn MP Jack Straw has ordered court bosses to launch an investigation into the death of retired pub landlord Andy Miller.
The family of Mr Miller, 78, of Accrington, have told of their anger that a bailiff was sent to his house, saying it would have put him under ‘incredible duress’.
Mr Miller had been released from a two-month stay in hospital a fortnight before after suffering a heart attack at Ewood Park before a Blackburn Rovers game.
His son, Mick, 48, said the family had written to the court to explain why Mr Miller had not paid the overdue £60 speeding fine for an offence committed on the M55.
But Blackpool magistrates still gave permission for the bailiff to go to his home in India Street, Accrington.
The court also added on £290 to what Mr Miller owed in court costs.
The official went round on January 7 and asked Mr Miller, a former landlord of the Cabin End pub in Knuzden, to visit a cashpoint and pay the fine, his family said.
Father-of-five Mr Miller was driven to Accrington town centre. The bailiff parked up and waited for Mr Miller, but he collapsed in Union Street before he reached a cashpoint.
Coroner Michael Singleton has ruled out an inquest, because tests had found Mr Miller died of natural causes as a result of heart problems, officials said.
His son Mick said he wanted answers from court bosses as their letter told them his father was suffering from memory loss and confusion.
Mick, who lives in Lower Darwen, said: “Bailiffs should not be allowed to behave like this.
“Dad was put under incredible duress.
“I know how nervous he had been and what a strain this would have been on him.”
Mr Miller’s nephew Steve Flanigan, 61, added: ”He was by himself when it happened. I can’t help but think that if I had been there it would have been a very different story.
“The visit must have been such a shock, because most people don’t know what their rights are. When someone is there on your doorstep, can you just tell them to go away? Do you have to do what they say? Most people just wouldn’t know.”
Police said CCTV cameras showed Mr Miller walking alone to various points in the town centre, shortly before he collapsed.
Officers who had been patrolling nearby were at his side within minutes and attempted to resuscitate him. Police later interviewed the bailiff, who made himself known to officers.
Sergeant Graham Brownsmith said it was ‘clearly a tragic incident’.
Greg Pope, Hyndburn MP, said he was so concerned by the case that he brought it to the attention of Mr Straw who ordered the investigation.
He said: “There are many things about this case which require an answer. Why didn't the court service take into account that Mr Miller was in poor health? There needs to be some sort of answer to that question and I hope the court service will come forward and do that.”
A spokesman for the Her Majesty's Courts Service said they could not comment fully due to the investigation but added: “We would like to offer our sincere condolences to Mr Miller’s family. We will report back to them.”
Mr Straw: "Greg Pope got in touch with me and we have arranged for an investigation to take place. We await the outcome."
Mr Miller’s family said that before his illness he had been suffering money problems - which they believe may have been why he had not paid the speeding fine - and had been working as a cleaner in a bid to make ends meet.
After a heart attack on October 25, the former Blackburn town centre, Barrow and Knuzden pub landlord suffered a stroke and was in a coma for 10 days.
He was allowed home on Christmas Eve, his birthday, to spend the festive season with his family.

History repeating itself with disasterous consequence

Padres Bill Blakeway and Bill Dodgen - February 1979
Rhodesia, and the aftermath of a Viscount, shot out of the sky by Mugabe's terrorist.

Today in Ukraine and the similarity with above is inescapable

Some of us have visited this place before.  So few will ever have heard of the top picture incident, when Mugabe's terrorists shot down then murdered the survivors of this horrific act of terrorism.  Few less will have read the narrative by The Very Reverend J. R. Da Costa,
and his condemnation of a world more interested in themselves than the plight of others.  It manifests itself today with the complete ignorance in Britain of our history, mainly to placate a changing population that is no longer bothered about humanity as a whole, but themselves and their misguided political allegiance's. Political Correctness dictates that the lessons of history have been subverted to the PC that has erased the name of Rhodesia, not only from history, but from the consciousness of intelligent people.

The INCIDENT today over Ukraine is creeping closer and closer to these hallowed shores.  The stupid will avoid the direct correlation between here and the USA, where flawed intelligence permitted the worst terrorist atrocity in the Americans history, 9/11. It is going to happen here and the British People will have been so enfeebled as to make capitulation inevitable.

That is the legacy of this disastrous Lib/Lab/Conspiracy.

Free Sgt Alex Blackman and, although we might be small, invigorate the spirit of Bodega, Nelson and Oliver Cromwell and have a people who govern for the benefit of the British People.

NB. I have just spoken to my brother via Skype and the Aircraft was on flight from Amsterdam to KL.  The air corridor is the shortest route from Europe to Malaysia and whomever fired that missile has to be found and put before a reputable Court. The underlining factors are culpability of supplying to those who rely on terrorism, under any guise, the means to commit these atrocities; and the host whose adherence to International Law makes a mockery of any form of civilised responsibility.

One thing we all have to accept.  When YOU are dealing with devout terrorists, normal ways of policing goes out of the window.  Under British law, a police office cannot willingly put himself in danger because that contravenes Health and Safety.  When a soldier does, who is not covered by these insane regulations, he runs foul of the law which only HE has to uphold, against the vile elements who want to destroy everything that the Law deems sacrosanct.

Where do I meet Ladies like this?

A man walks into a bar and sees an attractive woman sitting by herself and asks, "May I buy you a cocktail?"

"No thank you," she replies, "alcohol is bad for my legs."

"Sorry to hear that. Do they swell?"

"No, they spread."

Letter Home from a New Recruit

Text of a letter from a kid from Eromanga to Mum and Dad. (For those of  you not in the know, Eromanga is a small town, west of  Quilpie in the far south west of Queensland )

Dear Mum & Dad,

I am well. Hope youse are too. Tell me big brothers Doug and Phil that the Army is better than workin' on the station - tell them to get in bloody quick smart before the jobs are all gone! I wuz a bit slow in settling down at first, because ya don't hafta get outta bed until 6am. But I like sleeping in now, cuz all ya gotta do before brekky is make ya bed and shine ya boots and clean ya uniform. No bloody horses to get in, no calves to feed, no troughs to clean - nothin'!! Ya haz gotta shower  though, but its not so bad, coz there's lotsa hot water and even a light to see what ya doing!

At brekky ya get cereal, fruit and eggs but there's no kangaroo steaks or goanna stew like wot Mum makes You don't get fed again until noon and by that time all the city boys are buggered because we've been  on a 'route march' - geez its only just like walking to the windmill in  the bullock paddock!!

This one will kill me brothers Doug and Phil with laughter. I keep  getting medals for shootin' - dunno why. The bullseye is as big as a bloody dingo's arse and it don't move and it's not firing back at ya like the Johnsons did when our big scrubber bull got into their prize cows before the  Ekka last year! All ya gotta do is  make yourself comfortable and hit the target - it's a piece of p...!! You don't  even load your own cartridges, they comes in little boxes, and ya don't have to steady yourself against the rollbar of the roo shooting truck when you reload!

Sometimes ya gotta wrestle with the city boys  and I gotta be real careful coz they break easy - it's not  like fighting with Doug and Phil and Jack and Boori and  Steve and Muzza all at once like we do at home after the muster.

Turns out I'm not a bad boxer either and it looks like I'm the best the platoon's got, and I've only been beaten by this one bloke from the Engineers - he's 6 foot 5 and 15 stone and three pick handles across the shoulders and as ya know I'm only 5 foot 7 and eight stone wringin' wet, but I fought him till the other blokes carried me off to the  boozer.

I can't complain about the Army -  tell the boys to get in quick before word gets around how bloody good  it is.

Your  loving daughter,

Susan

Twitter and not Parliament claims scalp of former Judge

I make no apologies for repeating this Daily Telegraph article as completely as I have.  It needs reading and it needs actioning.  If Cameron and Co continually surround themselves with those culpable for criminal activity, then they have to accept the wrath of those who can and do investigate their dubious claims of impartiality.

One child protection expert said Baroness Butler-Sloss' involvement in the ruling had the unintended consequence of allowing paedophiles to get away with their crimes.  Photo: PA

Baroness Butler-Sloss, the retired judge appointed to investigate claims of an establishment child sex abuse cover-up, was responsible for a controversial ruling which prevented warnings being issued about dangerous paedophiles.
Senior social workers attacked her decision - made when she was an Appeal Court judge - and warned that it would have “major ramifications”.
As the Government faced growing pressure to review its decision to appoint Lady Butler-Sloss to the major new inquiry, one child protection expert said the peer’s involvement in the ruling had the unintended consequence of allowing paedophiles to get away with their crimes.
Lady Butler-Sloss was appointed by Theresa May, the Home Secretary, last Tuesday to lead an overarching review of allegations of child sex abuse by prominent politicians and other figures in institutions such as the Church and the BBC.

Missing Cock

A priest in a small Irish village loved the cock and ten hens he kept in the hen house behind the church. But one Saturday night the cock went missing! The priest knew that cock fights happened in the village so he started to question his parishioners in church the next morning.

During Mass, he asked the congregation, "Has anybody got a cock?"

All the men stood up.

"No, no," he said, "that wasn't what I meant. Has anybody seen a cock?"

All the women stood up.

"No, no," he said, "that wasn't what I meant. Has anybody seen a cock that doesn't belong to them?"

Half the women stood up.

"No, no," he said, "that wasn't what I meant. Has anybody seen MY cock?"

All the nuns, three altar boys, two priests and a goat stood up.
It's the way I tell'em.

Protest in Holland

Will this be what we can expect outside Blackpool's Mosques?

Already we have the unedifying spectacle of a Religious Group, an Alien and Foreign Religious Body, defying unreasonably English Law by illegally using the premises on Waterloo Road for religious services.  There is a Court Injunction against the owners but, according to neighbours, they disregard any and all legal proceedings against them.

If they want Sharia Law, they can have Sharia Law.  The Middle East is awash with Sharia Law, but they don't want to challenge the illiterate Imams there!  The would rather antagonise the Law Abiding indigenous population into which they have moved, with interpretations and rites to pseudo religious law most British find abhorrent - with the possible exception of one Princeling?

Terror in School - appropriately made

How often do the Cartoonists hit the target?
Too often. LOL

Just a reminder of Blair's Labour

If anyone is in any doubt about my stands, here is another reminder of the terribly poor leadership the electorate of Britain has hosted on the general population.  All in the name of ignorance?

First published in 2007.

While British Prime Minister Tony Blair is under criminal suspicion in the "honours-for-cash" scandal that has rocked his Labour government, we have been told that there is an even more explosive scandal that Blair, up to now, has managed to hide behind the draconian British policy of issuing "D-Notices," government orders that prohibit the British media from reporting on certain "national security" cases.

In 1999, an international investigation of child pornographers and paedophiles run by Britain's National Criminal Intelligence Service, code named Operation Ore, resulted in 7,250 suspects being identified in the United Kingdom alone. Some 1850 people were criminally charged in the case and there were 1451 convictions. Almost 500 people were interviewed "under caution" by police, meaning they were suspects. Some 900 individuals remain under investigation. In early 2003, British police began to close in on some top suspects in the Operation Ore investigation, including senior members of Blair's government.

I shot a rocket

I shot a rocket into the air,
It fell to earth, I knew just where;
So swiftly it flew, lined on by my laser sight
So I need not follow it in its flight.

It struck a building 80 miles away,
A school where many children play,
What care I for this act of hate,
This deadly rocket gets me through the Pearly Gate.

Allah, Yahweh or Jesus Christ,
I’m on my knees, praying by day and night,
God, false prophets or mythological sylphid,
Sanction MY EVIL in Your Name, and do it rapid.
