The face of an evil Tory councillor

This is the email I have sent to Gordon Marsden and Simon Blackburn, plus all on my email list.  Marsden will do nothing and Blackburn will philibuster, but I hope you all spread the word that some of us will not tolerate people like this or those who are complicit in this evil.

The face of an evil Tory councillor

The face of en evil Tory councillors
We used to be able to say that Bullshit baffled brains!  Here is the classic example of Sh*t baffling a few.  Adored by many, but evil to the core, that is Julian Majeur.
With the Fylde ex Servicemen's Liaison Committee giving him their unreserved support, Councillors including the late Major Hero Jim Houldsworth united in an illegal venture, theft ignored by the Charities Commission and endorsed by both Labour and Conservative administrations in the Town Hall, is it a wonder that ordinary decent people do not vote in local elections?
We, those who have been warning the public for years about this beast, are going to celebrate on the 5th of March when the Judge will hopefully throw away the keys.  Now, can we look at all those who gave this child abuser succour, and I include Simon Weston whose judgment has been shown to be woefully poor. Let's drop the accolades of Hero to anyone who has suffering misfortune as it undervalues those real heroes out in Afghanistan who need all our support when Government cannot even protect them on Home Ground.
We all know that these perverts do not work in isolation, so who shared this evil predilection to harm and abuse our children?  My blog, letters and email have shown a consistent plea that this man be investigated, not only when he was running around stealing Help For Heroes collection boxes, but when that illegal venture on Bank Heys street, the Shop for ******* was getting the blessing from councillors of every persuasion.
And when Arthur Roe was being vilified for telling the truth, who supported him?  Not the FESLC who must now be investigated properly.  Nor did the Conservative Party who Arthur had served religiously all his working life.  There were but a few, now vindicated and with reason to scream loudly that YOUR inaction and duplicity put children needlessly at risk.. Shame on YOU all.
From one former regular, who would not be seen dead near any of their shenanigans, it is a shame that one of the first names on the cenotaph is that of my  great Uncle Tommy whose athletic career ended in a grave in Flanders.  If you cannot show proper respect, leave us Regulars alone.
Now will someone tell me I have been wrong about this miscreant all these years?
The Councillors cannot have it both ways.  I flooded their inboxes with complaints and observations and they did nothing.  Simon Blackburn still does nothing.  It is now up to YOU all to do something and let us OUT these evil, filthy perverts from our midst.

Both Labour and Conservatives shamed in Blackpool South

Now who do you beleive? That hero Simon Weston who showed a distinctly bad sense of judgment,  who publically supported this paedophile, Julian Manure, or the bad tempered Old Fart who has been warning you all for years?  Now h**g the pervert and all his friends. How many, as he claimed in Court, were also involved in his filthy, despicable antics?  Afterall, perverts and child fiddlers do not operate in isolation.

I wonder how the Conservative Party are going to explain this?  They are as bad as Labour who used the weight of Public Office to intimidate Joanne Trafford, the solicitor in the Lido Buildings (North Solicitors) who shamed Mr Blackburn and cohorts in Court. Well done.

Blackpool South Ukip members will give all those who fight evils whether individual or as a group, all the backing they can.

Public to be silenced by Order

38 Degrees Logo

Dear Readers,

I wanted to let you know straight away. I'm afraid we lost the gagging law vote in the House of Lords this evening. That's it - it's going to become law.

It couldn't have been closer. On the final vote, 245 Lords voted in favour and 245 against. Unfortunately the rules mean that in the case of a tie, the government gets its way.

Personally I feel pretty devastated about this. I'm worried about what it means for the future of 38 Degrees. More importantly, I'm worried about what it means for the future of democracy, and what it tells us about the state of British politics.

But I also feel proud of everything 38 Degrees members did together to fight this. I hope you do too.

There will be a lot of thinking and discussion to be done in the coming days. 38 Degrees members will need to pull together to think about how to fight this terrible law. And we'll need to work out how we can keep standing up for all we believe in - despite the restrictions the government is trying to impose.

But right now, I feel sure of one thing. We won't give up.

Sorry I'm not emailing with better news, and thank you for everything you've done,

David

Aussie Hen Party

Trevor the farmer was in the fertilised egg business. He had several hundred young layers (hens), called 'pullets' and eight or ten roosters, to fertilise the pullets' eggs. Trevor kept records and any rooster that didn't perform went into the soup pot and was replaced. That took an awful lot of his time so he bought a set of tiny bells and attached them to his roosters. Each bell had a different tone so Trevor could tell from a distance, which rooster was performing. Now he could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report simply by listening to the bells.

The farmer's favourite rooster was Kevin, and a very fine specimen he was too, but on this particular morning Trevor noticed Kevin's bell hadn't rung at all! Trevor went to investigate. The other roosters were chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing. The pullets, hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover but to farmer Trevor's amazement, Kevin had his bell in his beak, so it couldn't ring. He'd sneak up on a pullet, do his job and walk on to the next one. Trevor was so proud of Kevin, he entered him into the Brisbane Exhibition and Kevin became an overnight sensation among the judges.

The Result? The judges not only awarded Kevin the No Bell Piece Prize but they also awarded him the Pulletsurprise as well. Clearly Kevin was a politician in the making: Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most highly coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the populace and screwing them when they weren't paying attention.

Do you know a Pulletician called Kevin?

Farage on liberty, diversity and Freedom of Speech

In Blackpool South constituency, a massive number of the electorate have never heard of Nigel Farage.  If they have, he is thought of as being a member of the Conservative Party, a former Lib/Dem or another illegal immigrant; the level of education falls drastically low in some areas around here.

The Labour run council is rapidly bolstering their position, getting very active on the jabberjabber circuit, but unsurprisingly inert when it comes to activity to make Blackpool South a better place in which to live, or more importantly, a better place in which to do business.

According to all the statistics, this region is the most deprived when it comes to health and welfare.  The most common cause of premature death in the 13 to 16 year olds IS SUICIDE. Can anyone approach a local councillor and seek comfort from them at a time of emotional turmoil?  No need to answer that.

There is no meaningful regeneration except in the salaries of the cosseted few who draw pay packets that embarrass top political figures, who do nothing about the disturbing disparity between the haves and the have nots.  This is in no way a condemnation of the entrepreneur, that valid life blood that can always re-energise an economy through intelligence, hard work and sheer commercial brilliance.  Compare that to the status quo of Labour who dare not contemplate truly allowing the next generation to be properly educated for fear that history, that wonderful gluttonous strand that brought Northern Europe out of the caves centuries before the Nomads further South, for the horrendous ruination of the legacy that our Fathers created.  The benefits system never was envisaged to be a life style, FOR LIFE.  It was a stop-gap, a filler for the desperately poor betwixt employment.

The wonderful NHS was suppose to give us all, we, the British taxpayer and indigenous people, the sort of medical treatment that modern medicine provides.  Instead it is poorly regulated, abominably financed and scrutinised and a tool for the two parties of office, Labour and Conservative, to argue over and do little in the way of improve since its foundation.

To assist in the improvement locally, Ukip members are digging into their own pockets and entering learning schemes to discover precisely what all the changes to the benefit system means to us all.  The courses are run on behalf of the Dept of Works and Pensions.  Time given by the Ukip members is their own and the fees they pay is out of their own pockets - for the betterment of the whole of the society in Blackpool South.

Having fought the corner for former Service Personnel almost single handed for the past fifteen years, to know what it is like to live on lip service and false promises, it is a pleasure that some Ukip members are broadening their knowledge base and dipping their toes into the maelstrom of Benefits Britain.  All the good intentions and hard work by progressive thinking individuals means nothing if obstructed and undermined by the jobsworth in Middle Management whose entire lives are governed by envy and ineptitude.  You will find these types everywhere from the Party Leaders doorstep to the doorman at the CIU Social Club.  Not all are Union card carriers...

Gagging Laws, Wednesday's vote in the Commons

38 Degrees Logo

Dear People,

Tomorrow MPs could be asked to vote to undo the positive changes that the House of Lords have made to the gagging law. [1] There’s less than 24 hours to stop them.

Picture your MP sitting in their office today, thinking about the potential vote. Every two minutes their phone goes, and each time it’s a 38 Degrees member from their constituency, telling them to vote to protect our freedom of speech and not to reverse the changes.

It’s easy to call your MP. If you click the link and enter your postcode, you’ll get their number, as well as suggestions on what to say when they answer the phone. Please can you make the call now?
https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/gagging-phone-your-MP

Together, we could tip the balance and send a clear signal to the government that calling for a fresh vote and trying to block the Lords’ changes is a battle they don’t want to fight. We’ll stand strong together to protect our democracy.

Many MPs spoke out against the gagging law the last time it was in the House of Commons, and several MPs rebelled against the government. [2]

If word starts spreading around the House of Commons that even more MPs are planning on rebelling this time, it might just be enough to persuade the government to back down. They won’t want to call a fresh vote if it looks like they might lose it.

It’s time for a huge, people-powered push to call on our MPs to do the courageous thing - click to get your MP’s details:
https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/gagging-phone-your-MP

This really could go down to the wire and everything we do in the next 24 hours counts. Let’s make one final stand to protect our democracy and right to campaign on the issues that are important to us all.

Can you phone your MP now?
https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/gagging-phone-your-MP

Thanks for everything you’ve done so far.

Robin, Blanche, Rebecca and the 38 Degrees team.

PS:
When you call up your MP's office, your MP may not be there. But don’t worry ask to speak to their researchers and make your case. When they walk back to the office it will be abuzz with the news of how many calls have come in about the gagging law. Click here for more tips on what to say:

NOTES:
[1] This is a process known informally as ping-pong, where MPs in the House of Commons can override decisions made in the House of Lords, and Bills bounce between the two chambers until both MPs and Lords agree. To find out more about the process, click here:

A little Fracking debate for Monday morning tea.

I am not making a definitve statement on Fracking, but I am allowing the expansion of the dialogue to be extended from the research I am doing, hopefully, to placate people like the intelligent dairy farmer Andrew Pemberton who has sound reasons to be sceptical.

From Matt Badiali, editor, The S&A Resource Report:

Hydraulic fracturing or fracking is the new bogeyman in environmental circles. Fracking is the process oil companies use to crack rocks to allow oil and gas to flow to the surface.

It spews hydrocarbons into aquifers, makes faucets explode with flames, and is cruel to the rocks themselves. Hollywood made several movies, vilifying this horrific process.

Most damning of all, it uses fresh water in the process. Water needed to drink, irrigate crops, and maintain golf courses.

The truth of the matter is far more complex than I want to get into today. However, there are some important points I'd like to make about water consumption.

Water consumption data is woefully inadequate. The latest U.S. government data is from 2005... far too old to get a handle on fracking use. However, I have some data from Texas that puts fracking's consumption into perspective.

In the Eagle Ford, wells take about 7 million gallons of water to frack. Each well holds about 200,000 barrels of oil (or 8,400,000 gallons of oil). That means we get about 1.2 gallons of oil for each gallon of water we use.

That's actually quite conservative compared to ethanol from corn. You see, it takes 3 gallons of water to make one gallon of ethanol...unless you take into account actually growing the corn.

It takes about 2,500 gallons of water to produce one bushel of corn. That will make about 2.5 gallons of ethanol. It actually takes 1,003 gallons of water per gallon of ethanol by my calculation.

We produce over 800,000 barrels (33,600,000 gallons) of ethanol per day. That puts daily water consumption for ethanol around 100 million gallons per day. The corn crop used another 13.8 trillion gallons.

To put that into perspective, we would have to frack about 2 million Eagle Ford wells per year to use as much water as the corn crop and ethanol production. That's about 5,500 wells per day, an absurd number.

Once you get a little perspective, you can see that fracking isn't quite the bad-guy it's made out to be.
Just a small article but one that is not prejudiced or made to be displayed for political bias.  It is a sound debate and one that has to be made and done with as we sink into economic oblivion.

Let us take the emotion out of the subject and get realistic.

Working with the CQC Blackpool NHS

Report on Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection Public Listening Event – Tuesday 14th January 2014 at 6.30pm, Blackpool Football Club, Seasider’s Way, Blackpool.

Let me say from the outset that more people should get off their backsides, stop criticising and get out and meet others. The CQC gave a perfect example of how to organise and conduct a public meeting.  A Meeting that had the best intentions for that well loved British Institution, the National Health Service as its objective and, from those professionals we met, plans in place to rectify problems the ostriches deny exist.  If the hands off squadrons have computer access then I suggest they look up Mid Staffs NHS or go to the library and read the oracles on Dr Harold Shipman, Bristol's children's heart surgery, Barrow and Morecambe Midwifery services and the dire straits of many old folk in wholly unsuitable Elderly Care places.

The team we addressed listened intently and asked questions to clarify the evidence provided.  It was done in a manner you should expect from clinical scrutineers; diligent, polite and very intense.  It was a pleasure to be grilled so professionally by competent and vigorous inquisitors.  The shame is that the buried head brigades would not even permit this type of enquiry into matters that effect us all. As the hall was divided into tables and manned by sets of "examiners", it was a learning process for the CQC and a superb occasion for honest reporting of the state of Blackpool NHS facilities and staff.

Although the time we had was short, because the authority had planed well just about every section had a pair of listeners and recorders so that no-one was alienated or made to feel unwanted by not being able to raise matters they/we had been briefed so to do.

As far as I can ascertain, just about every topic was covered by a diverse section of the community and I heard things from orthopaedics to after care and eventually the perennial Nursing Homes for the Mentally Impaired.   The hope is that the CQC was provided with the ammunition to address the problems of Blackpool.

For those who rang me with questions, I shall answer them in private as arranged.  For others and for the community as a whole, the Drop-In Centre shall be manned/or womanned on Tuesday Mornings 10.00 to 11.00. and Thursday afternoons from 2.00 to 3.00pm.

Find me at the R.E.S.T. Foundation shop on Bond Street, South Shore.

Saturday morning thought

There is another catagory of bully who is more insidious.  The Little Hitler who only wants you in the Brown Shirts for you to do his dirty work.  They use rhetoric instead of logic.  They use threats instead of reason.  They use coercion instead of compassion.  They use the Book instead of their brains.

They do not read your words, listen to your voice, attempt to meet your needs, grasp or understand your desires.  And THEY do it all in your name.

Who are they?  If you need to ask then you are part of the problem.

South Shore Market threatened with immediate closure.

A common site in Waterloo Road, South Shore, could soon be part of  history.

History, that's a word Labour Blackpool neither understand nor appreciate.  A traditional trading venue that has for many years served the community well, appears to be in financial difficulties leaving both  staff and stall holders not knowing what this coming week will offer.

The whole kit and caboodle has been told the Market will close within the next few days.  Stall holders are frantically trying to find fresh venues and some are worrying where to store their expensive and valuable stocks.
Within days the aisles of the Market may be completely empty.  Some stall holders are hoping that the Landlord may come up with a solution, but at this moment in time confidence is low.

Oodles of Noodles and not a grain of rice to be found

Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware.

This was supposed to be a Singapore Fried Rice - a Nasi Goreng.

This mangle of stringy noodles and no chilli is definitely NOT a RICE dish.  But just try getting your money back?  What would happen if the diner was gluton intollerant?  Yes.  They would be dying for the Fried Rice

Duggan Family scream murder and the country must wait for the mob

British Justice!  It cannot be served when only the loud and malfeasants get it. A Jury decision and already the baying, criminal classes are screaming.  We may as well retire to the caves and let the mindless masses burn our streets and kill innocent bystanders.  That is the legacy of forty years of dithering and political ineptitude.

Just wait until the thug’s family throw the Race Card into their beatification of a thoroughly foul individual!  If towns were singed after the original shooting, they may possibly roast now the aggrieved family and friends perceive injustice.  Not a single tear for the five innocents who were murdered because an individual was a gun carrying villain.

Compare that to the dignified reaction to a completely horrendous decision after the justifiable homicide of a Taliban murderer by a Royal Marine sergeant.  If the Duggan family think they have had no justice and feel aggrieved, what must the family and comrades of Sgt Blackman be feeling?  Let the mob riot, then put Sgt Blackman’s comrade from 42 Commando ahead of the rioters, this time with live ammunition and not with wooden clubs as their predecessors were so armed in the late 60’s in Ulster.
It is time that the politicians learned that there are those amongst us, mostly illegal, who do not care or respect the traditions and laws which ought to unite us all.  Start with prosecuting Tony Blair and the thieving MPs and we might keep a lid on this terrible melting-pot Westminster has permitted to evolve.

One Law and it has to be universal.  That does not mean Sharia or Foreign Law administered from outside OUR Courts of Justice.

Ukip Blackpool South inaugural meeting

Ukip Blackpool South has obtained the use of the Former Servicemens Club at 17, Station Road, South Shore, Blackpool.

The inaugural meeting will take place on Monday 13th January 2014 from 1900 hours.

The aim is to establish a bone fide Blackpool South Ukip constituency, gather the views of the members and prospective members, to drive ahead with recruitment and to plan for all eventualities that includes sudden by-elections.

It reads as though there is lots to do.  There is!

Having established not one, but two venues where members can meet, it is up to the membership to make it vibrant and successful.  As there is no viable Blackpool South constituency, there is a need to elect officers.

If you cannot attend, but have access to the internet, efforts will be made to have instant access via Skype or and Mobile phones for those members wanting to participate.

As a matter of interest, all Giffgaff subscribers get free calls to all other Giffgaff subscribers and Steve Flanigan is on Giffgaff.

Blackpools' first Ukip drop-in centre

A large local charity shop has opened its doors - and hearts - to assist Ukip Blackpool South to establish a firm presence in the town.  The telephone number above is that of the charity and Ukip Blackpool South can be contacted on 01253 401 058 or Mobile 07597523453.  Over the next weeks we hope to introduce you to the caring people of this wonderful charity, not part of Ukip but whose founder is a Ukip supporter and member.

For the time being local activist Steve Flanigan will avail himself in the newly opened charity shop on Bond Street - formerly Ethel Austen - on Tuesday mornings from 10.00 to 11.00 am and on Thursday afternoons from 2.00 to 3.00 pm, for anyone to drop in and talk.  There are private facilities for anyone who would like help and feels embarrassed at enquiring.  Any  nervousness can be assuaged as Stephen was a long serving caseworker for a well known national charity, therefore all personal details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

The drive is to now fulfil the local need to counter the generations of false promises from bogus politicians; to create a convivial atmosphere where local residents can relax with a cup of tea and have hands on experience of solving their problems.

We are also looking for volunteers to come and learn.  There are courses to be had which can teach or assist in understanding the complexities that ordinary people have to manoeuvre to the by-pass the obstacles put in place, the perpetual smokescreens which have allowed the injustices as with Mid Staffs NHS and the odious Sir J SaVile to go unpunished and uninvestigated.

The R.E.S.T Foundation welcomes all to its cafe located in the back of the shop.

Exodus Ch 666 vrs 69

As the Blackpool  recruiting campaign gets under way, harrowing news that the tiny hamlet of St Annes by the Sea would love to vote Ukip if only Clegg wasn't the Prime Minister?   That is better than the recently elected Labour Councillor in Blackpool whose spouse was witnessed proclaiming that the racist Ukip delegate ought to ****, along with its' racist leader, Cameroon?  Isn't education great, except it is renumerating a half million Marxist tutors who would otherwise be on the Old King Cole instead of brainwashing the immigrant children into the ways of the Kuran?

Happy New Year
