Under age British children are.... Police take no action

Alleged members of sex gang in Rochdale
Some of the defendants in the ongoing trial in Liverpool.

A teenage girl told police she was being repeatedly raped by a group of men who plied her with alcohol and demanded sex, a court has heard.

There is an amusing aside, in this case.  A group of EDL supporters, at the Trial Court, cornered a group of non-indigenous persons and used threatening language.  The air was filled with vitriol and possible violence until the leader of the BNP calmed his supporters and moved them away from the melee.  It was then discovered that the four Perpetrators were in fact defense lawyers in the case.

Funny how immigrant communities always appear to be able to afford top rate legal representation, whereas indigenous wronged have to rely on the hard work and devotion of victims families.  There's never a Pro Bono lawyer for the local, or is that pure cynicism?  Twenty two years on and the Hillsborough Families are still fighting the system to get access to all the documents in the death of 96 football supporters.  Undoubtedly, the Lancashire suspects will have had better support than the family of Andy Miller whose death had not been satisfactorily investigated or prosecuted.  No doubt the Sun has gone down on the Empire.  Perhaps if Billy's Weekly Liar was greasing the palms of the local Plod matters could be moved on a stride or two?

Readers of this blog will know that we have been beating the drum for the victims and well talked of crimes in Lancashire for many years now.  What has stood in the way is the biased and cowardly enactment of poor legislation whereby a perpetrator or suspected perpetrator can scream Racial Harassment the instance a person in Blue approaches them, then walk away with impunity.  Al la Abu Qatada.  Not the same for Englishman Tippin.  No lawyers running to the High Court screaming for Englishmen's Human Rights!
If foreign criminals do not like British Rules, Systems and Justice, they can go back home.
