No doubt his father's money will assuage his friends in the magistrates courts to go leniently on this illiterate drug filled piece of garbage. But did that same court go leniently on 78 year old veteran Robert 'Andy' Miller, the Blackburn publican who died whilst in the hands of a rogue bailiff almost exactly two years ago? Of course they didn't.
Instead of trying to rectify their appalling miscalculation of justice, the blame game has started. The police are now saying that no direct report was made to them about the conduct of the bailiff even though their was an inquiry instigated by the Ministry of Justice and the local papers and nation news services were all covering the incident.
Whitewash has a strange hue when it is splashed over the incompetent.
