Cover up admitted

Former Chief Whip admits cover-up...  Not this whip but the one used to choral MPs into servility.  Late Tim Fortesque (below) as found in archives and exposed by Guido Fawkes.

“Anyone with any sense who was in trouble would come to the whips and tell them the truth, and say now, “I’m in a jam, can you help?”  It might be debt, it might be a scandal involving small boys, or any kind of scandal which a member seemed likely to be mixed up in, they’d come and ask if we could help.  And if we could, we did. We would do everything we can because we would store up brownie points.  That sounds a pretty nasty reason but one of the reasons is, if we can get a chap out of trouble, he’ll do as we ask forever more.”

Trevor Victor Norman 'Tim' Fortescue, CBE was a British politician. He was the Conservative Member of Parliament for Liverpool Garston from 1966 to 1974.

A complete waste of time and good British/Allied lives - Afghanistan

OUR CHILDREN WILL NOT KNOW IT'S A DIFFERENT COUNTRY

British troops will be pulled out of the Afghan badlands two months early, Tom Newton Dunn reveals in the Sun.  Most of the 5,000 troops in Helmand will have been lifted out by the end of October, although the agreed deadline for the end of operations is December 31st, and there are still ongoing clashes with the Taliban.  The MoD says that the early withdrawal is possible because local forces are now able to fend for themselves. Ex-Chief of Defence Staff Lord Richards isn't convinced, telling the Sun: "I am very disappointed. This is not what we committed ourselves to." (Morningbriefing _ Daily Telegraph).

Just what were we committed to?  Please, all Liebers apologists can answer here, if they have one, which they do not.  The Mission was most probably written on the same parchment as the Dodgy Dossier evidence.

Pufffff...  Up in smoke along with all the evidence against MP's playing with children....

Remind me, someone nominated Jimmy Sa-Vile for a Knighthood!  Will someone tell the victims who this was?

No! Of coarse they will not!

Brigitte Gabriel's reaction to a loaded question on Islam

I am not anti anything except ignorance and selective memory. The brutality of some within our community cannot be excused, nor will it be whether they are IRA murderers or Jihadi Kandanga.

This panel would never be allowed to openly debate and honestly answer, as Brigitte Gabriel did with her erudite and patriotic outrage at the one sidedness of this question in the UK.

Australia reacting to the Immigration threat, at last

It is about time we quashed the ideas that the West cannot control their Governments.  What I mean about that is that we have to genuflect to the whims of Brussles and to laws and regulations that are not of our choosing.  In the UK we have laws that reinforce the rights and primacy of Parliament, as with the understanding that future Parliament cannot be shackled by a present day legislation.  That fluidity makes our system work.

Now get rid of the manacles of the European Political Union and start repatriating all those who do not fully accept British Common Law.  If they want to defy the will of the population by pleading Human Rights, it is time that we exercised the Human Rights of the British to live in Peace in their own land and removed the menaces from our shores.

If these interlopers are afraid of facing their own people, they should not be scheming to usurp the indigenous people who foolishly allowed thirty years of political ineptitude to dictate to us that we must accept into our midst those WE have not invited in.

You will see in this clip that militant immigrants in Australia have trained themselves in the martial arts.  I wrote to Gordon Marsden that this was happening amongst immigrants in the UK. That was about 14 years ago. Labour ignored the missives as they appear to have done over Child Abuse and other anti-social activities.

What is it about MP's and their attitudes once they gain entry into that foreign village called Westminster?  They become so alienated that they seem to believe they have been elevated into the Heavens?  The way they reacted to being caught with their fingers in the biscuit tin certainly suggest they have left Planet Reality.  Seen elevated to a seat on Question Time their attitudes to that SELECTED audience is that of Master and certainly not Public Servant.

Now forgive me.  Is that a Virgin?

1st International Bank of Football

After Nigeria was eliminated from the world cup the Nigerian captain personally offered to refund all the expenses of fans that travelled to Brazil.

He said he just needs their bank details and pin numbers to complete the transaction.

Another Power slipping under the radar away from Parliament

 With qualified majority voting due to be enacted on the 21st November 2014, the die is cast for the relegation of Parliament into a third (class) chamber.  The scope of regulation and rulings from places across the waters is being expanded, and the silence is deafening.

The rule of qualified majority voting (QMV) in the Council of the European Union applies to the adoption of proposals on the following matters concerning employment and industrial relations (Article 153(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU)):
  • improvement in particular of the working environment to protect workers’ health and safety;
  • working conditions;
  • informing and consulting with workers;
  • the integration of persons excluded from the labour market;
  • equality between women and men with regard to labour market opportunities and treatment at work;
  • combating social exclusion;
  • the modernisation of social protection systems.
The Treaty of Nice provided that the Council, acting unanimously on a proposal from the Commission, after consulting the European Parliament, may decide to apply the QMV procedure to three other matters (Article 153(2) TFEU):
  • protection of workers where their employment contract is terminated;
  • representation and collective defence of the interests of workers and employers, including co-determination;
  • conditions of employment for third country nationals legally residing in Community territory.
At present, in a decision under QMV, votes in the Council are weighted in accordance with the size of population, though adjusted, so that small countries are relatively over-represented in voting. In light of enlargement, the number of votes allocated to the then acceding countries was decided at Nice. The objective was to ensure that the relative weight of small and medium-sized countries is in proportion to their populations and, in part, to compensate the large Member States for their loss of a second Commissioner. The post-accession weighting was laid down in a Protocol to the Treaty of Nice, which envisaged accession to a total of 27 Member States.
Germany 29
United Kingdom 29
France 29
Italy 29
Spain 27
Poland 27
Romania 14
Netherlands 13
Greece 12
Czech Republic 12
Belgium 12
Hungary 12
Portugal 12
Sweden 10
Austria 10
Bulgaria 10
Sweden `10
Slovakia 7
Denmark 7
Finland 7
Ireland 7
Lithuania 7
Latvia 4
Slovenia 4
Estonia 4
Cyprus 4
Luxembourg 4
Malta 3
Since the 2007 enlargement a qualified majority is at 258 out of 345 (74.8%). The Treaty of Nice also amended the formula constituting a qualified majority. Currently, this must satisfy two conditions: a set number of votes and agreement by a majority of Member States. Further, a Member State may request that the qualified majority represents at least 62% of the total population of the Union. If not, the decision is not adopted. The Treaty of Lisbon again changed these rules for qualified majority voting. The present system will continue until November 2014. From then on, the definition of the qualified majority will be different. It will be a double majority so that, in order to be adopted, an act must have the support of at least 55 % of the EU Member States (i.e. 15 Member States in a Union of 27) and at least 65 % of the population of the EU. A blocking minority must include at least four Member States. However, between November 2014 and March 2017, any Member State may request that the current weighted voting system be applied instead of the new double majority system (Articles 16(3-5) TEU) and 238(4) TFEU). It is the voting procedures in the Council of Ministers which will largely determine the evolution of EU policy in the fields of employment and industrial relations.

The Red Indians have always had the BEST Metaphoric views on Life

On a recent trip to the US, Ed Multibrandts,  next President of Small England and parts of east Wales  Lieber political party, addressed a major gathering of Red Indians.

He spoke for almost an hour on his plans for diminutive Great Britain.

At the conclusion of his speech, the crowd presented him with a plaque inscribed with his new Indian name - Walking Eagle.

A very chuffed Milibrand then departed in his motorcade, waving to the crowds.

A news reporter later asked one of the Indians how they came to select the new name given to Presidente Ed.

They explained that Walking Eagle is the name given to a bird so full of shit that it can no longer fly.

Politicians in a Nut-shell

David Cameron asked the Queen, “Your Majesty, how do you run such an efficient commonwealth and government? Are there any tips you can give me?”

“Well,” said the Queen, “the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people.”

David Cameron then asked, “But how do I know if the people around me are really intelligent?”

The Queen took a sip of tea. “Oh, that's easy; you just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle, watch me and listen.”  The Queen pushed a button on her intercom and said, “Please send Prince Charles in here, would you?”

Prince Charles walked into the room and said, “Yes, Mother?”

The Queen smiled and said to Charles, “Answer me this please Charles. Your mother and father have a child. It is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it”"

Without pausing for a moment, Prince Charles answered “That would be me.”

“Yes, very good!” said the Queen.

“Ah ha  I get it,” said David,  “thank you Ma'am.” And in a great rush he left.

Cameron went back to Parliament. He  decided to ask Nick Clegg the same question. “Nick, answer this for me.  Your mother and your father have a child.  It's not your brother and it's not your sister. Who is it?”

“I'm not sure,” said Clegg. And then in True Nick Clegg style he went on to say. “Let me get back to you on that one.”

He went to his advisors and asked everyone, but none could give him an answer. Frustrated, Nick went to the men's lavatory, and found Quasimodo in there.  Clegg went up to
Quasimodo and asked, “Bell Ringer, see if you can answer this question.”

“Yes Nick,” replied the Lumpy One.

“Your mother and father have a child and it's not your brother or your sister. Who is it?”

Quasimodo immediately answered, “That’s easy, it’s me!”

Clegg grinned, and said, “Good answer Ugly Humped One, I see it all now!”

Clegg then, went back to find Cameron and said to him; “David, I did some research, and I have the answer to that riddle.  If your mother and father have a child who is not your brother or your sister, the Child is
Quasimodo!”

Cameron went red in the face, got up, stomped over to Clegg, and angrily yelled into his face, “No! You bloody idiot; it’'s Prince Charles!”

. . . AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS PRECISELY WHY nothing rings a bell with politicians!
