    A predatory sexual offender - 2 rape charges would be submitted if he was still alive and another 40 interviews to be made by police.

    Funny how they can find evidence so far down the line but not even get a sniff at the truth whilst all the evidence is all around.

    It goes to show that the Police too are inept as they were in the Murder of Andy Miller and the lack of investigation and prosecution in that case.
