Marston Group served an illegal warrant!

‘Andy’ Miller, Blackpool born Accrington Veteran of no-fixed abode, was over 75, probably suffering from dementia, with no income. He had just suffered heart attack/stroke plus two weeks in a coma; two weeks after discharge from hospital the bailiff threatened his children - one of whom is profoundly deaf - at an address where he did not live.
Marston’s had all the correct information but ignored it – it’s in the Parliamentary report along with other disinformation.
