Iraqi Hit-And-Run Killer Will Not Be Deported

Paul Houston's 12-year-old daughter Amy was killed by Aso Mohammed Ibrahim

A bid to deport failed asylum seeker Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, who killed a 12-year-old girl in a hit-and-run in Lancashire, has been rejected.

Ibrahim, a 33-year-old Iraqi Kurd, had already been banned from driving when he left Amy Houston dying under the wheels of his car in Blackburn in 2003.

He was jailed for four months over the death but on his release was allowed to remain in the UK

Ibrahim had faced deportation as an illegal immigrant but was allowed to remain after an immigration judge ruled in 2009 that he had established a "family life" in the UK.

Amy's father Paul had campaigned for years to get Ibrahim deported.

The use of the Human Rights Act enforces a foreigners rights by stamping on the right of the indigenous British People.
Politicians have been promising that those committing illegal acts will have no sanctuary in the British Isles. This case proves their words are lies of the worst degree.
Not only did this killer break the law by entering this country in the first place, he stayed here by a mixture of illegality and straight forward disobedience.
In the same community the police did nothing when Andy Miller died illegally whilst in the care of a court appointed bailiff, yet the police did not even investigate that death. The same police gave no succour to Mr Paul Houston on the illegal killing of his lovely little girl. He will never be allowed a family life, unlike the killer of his daughter.
Kill this insidious Act now.
