What a futile exercise. The average squaddie is too timid to tell the parasites at the MoD what should be said. NCO's are too concerned for their position, tell the truth and there's no promotion for you, chum. And the Officer Cadre abrogated their responsibility when they stayed stum over the 1973 Social Security & Pensions Act which robbed ORs of their future pension rights.
What is unbelievable is that those same former Officers are running the great military charities, and from first hand experience running them for their own benefit and not the ordinary soldiers.
