The National Council for Voluntary Organisations – which has 10,000 members and represents charities in England - will draw up guidance for charity trustees “on how to go about determining senior staff remuneration”. The Charity Commission, which regulates charities, said that it would be working with the council on the guidance, which will be published in the spring. The new guidance will be the first ever code of conduct governing pay in the charity sector (according to the Daily Telegraph). 



When you see a blatant disregard for moral ethics the last organisation you would expect to find wanting would be the Charity Commission.  Yet this is the very organisation that refuses to listen to angst from volunteer workers when charity money is being handed out willy-nilly to so-called charities run by suspect paedophiles, as happened recently with a famous collector in Dirtpool.  What was more disgusting was that the establishment, the Council, prospective MP's, JPs and Uncle Tom Cobbly and nearly all were prepared to have a lying, devious pervert - not my words but those of the Judge in another paedophile case - rather than face the truth.
So where is the £30.000 slushing around in the Dirtpool charity coffers destined for?  More soirées at a large Dirtpool Hotel?  Another car almost looking to represent another more famous charity livery? Or the boots of the non-existent football team?

The above letter is being circulated by 38 degrees email.  I have posted it in full because I disagree 100% with their conclusions.  As long as day follows night, we will have fracking and what we have to do is ensure that all safety features are put in place before half brained Labour gets into Office and makes a fuck up of everything, as they have done with the economy, pensions, industry, defence, immigration et al...

I heard the 'bongo bongo' talk today.

What I want to know is: what will the government do for me? I have been unemployed for 12.5 months. Unemployment benefit paid was £33 for 6 months only (£792) Running out of money, mortgage to pay, bills to pay, income is £378 war pension, can't get a job because I am over qualified, no jobs in this area for me, even delivering prescriptions on minimum wage (which is a social service as I see it).

I am going down the drain fast and we still give immigrants houses, what about when I loose mine? What will the government do then?

The above was a letter I received from a former comrade.  My advise to him is to wrap a rag round your head, change your name to Mohammed and tell the Joke centre you're an Iman from Amman and you're seeking political arseylum.  Even locked up Kiddie Fiddlers get better treatment than many disabled Vets.  Donate to Ssafa and the Royal British Legion to keep their officers in the luxury (according to surveys) they have become accustomed too.

Child victim becomes perpetrator according to prosecution lawyer and judge

The British legal system, or more precisely the English legal system, is failing the victims, not because of the Law, but because of those empowered to administer the law whether they be police officers, lawyers, judges or magistrates.  From the investigation of such highly emotive cases as the Yorkshire Ripper, Hindley and Brady, the Hillsborough deaths or the allowing of bail to the murderer of Blackpool nurse Jane Clough, the police have proven themselves inadequate.  Poorly supported are the police by a judiciary that cannot understand simple English.  In that I mean the ruling that the murderer of Lancashire schoolgirl AmyHouston  who died after being hit by Iraqi Kurd Aso Mohammed Ibrahim’s car (for which he had no licence or insurance) in Highercroft, Blackburn, in November 2003, her wholly legal father has no Human Rights but the killer has.  Note well, I have not invoked the Race Card just the legal card.  How bizarre, at least, for the legal profession to justify this iniquitous situation whereby a child killer can be afforded all the legal niceties and comfort denied the grieving parent of an innocent victim.

What has this to do with yesterday’s revelations that even a prosecution professional can be so amateurish as to stir the bile in the most calm of beasts?  Let me answer that by asking, what type of moron can describe the activities of a 13 year old child as Mr Colover, who was representing the CPS at Wilson's sentencing hearing at London's Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday, did when he said: "The girl is predatory in all her actions and she is sexually experienced"?  

Irrespective of what colour you paint her, she will be until her 16^th birthday a neutrally hued child and as such cannot consent to a sexual liaison with a 41 year old predatory man.  Small wonder that only about 5% of all sex cases get to court.  Even more grievous is that so many perpetrators of this evil crime wave are allowed immunity given a prosecution lawyer and the judge, in the case, both use the same inflammatory language, NOT against the perpetrator, but against the victim.  What terrible succour this gives to child molesters and inadequate professions!

Lyndon Harris, editor of Banks on Sentencing, has today tried to clarify the legal position.  All he has done is emphasised that the vile excess of Stuart Hall and Jim Sa-Vile ought to have been confronted at the time by the authorities in place to protect the victims. He used the expression, taken into consideration at sentencing, “Ostensible Consent”.  According to this person Sexual Activity with a Child is not Rape.  Let me ram a hand spike (used to handle artillery pieces) up his arse and then listen to him defend my right to violate him.  It would not happen because, although I disagree with his legal expertise, I wish him no harm.  Paedophiles do not, by their very actions, have any moral concern for the welfare of others, only their own bestial lust.

Ostensible consent is plainly wrong, because it blames children for being raped. It does not take into account that children have the right to freedom of expression under the Human Rights Act 1998, nor the state requirement to protect children from this sort of thing in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We are hoping that we can abolish ostensible consent with this campaign; victims are victims no matter what, especially when they are children.

We desperately need to start educating our people and empowering them with the rights to challenge the mediocrity of public office.  We desperately have to stop the demonising of Britons who are terrified by senseless enforcement of laws that are promulgated to subjugate and not free a people who have earned their liberties a thousand times over.

EMRO For Blackpool Will Cost Jobs

Dear Editor,
The last time I checked, Blackpool was a tourist town which besides attracting many families for a visit to the iconic Tower, the three piers and, of course, the Pleasure Beach amusement park, is also a thriving centre for nightlife with party goers from across the North West visiting the vibrant bar scene.
It has taken many painful years for the town to adjust from the sharp decline of long stay visitor numbers with many families choosing to holiday in the warmer climates of Spain, Greece and Turkey. However, Blackpool has managed to turn itself around and maintains its place as the prime seaside resort for the north of England.
Why is it then that Blackpool Council feels the need to play Russian roulette with the fortunes of the town by proposing an Early Morning Restriction Order (EMRO), a move that would see a ban on all alcohol sales after 3am? This will kill off the rather lucrative stag and hen market for the town making places such as Magaluf, Kavos and the like even more attractive for a weekend visit.
This will put many jobs in the pub and club industry in serious jeopardy and will do nothing to stop the scourge of problem drinkers in the early hours. More pubs will be at risk of closure, forcing more drinkers into off-licences and supermarkets and we will see an increase in the number of people drinking on the streets, whilst the remaining clubs will struggle to compete as they rely on being able to stay open late into the morning.
This proposal is badly thought out and must be scrapped for the sake of our night time economy.
