Alan Duncan, the shadow leader of the Commons, said that, although his remarks were made "in jest", he could understand why they would anger members of the public.

He was forced to respond after the London Evening Standard printed comments he made in the House of Commons when he was being secretly filmed by Heydon Prowse, a campaigner with whom he was having a drink.

One poof and he ought to be gone, but life is not that simple.
If he thinks living on £64k per year is miserly, then he ought to be a former SBS veteran existing on less than £5k - but we should not forget private incomes, expenses, now watered down and proposed receipt free...No, not the veteran you morons, this parasitic little odd fellow.
