I am copying this extract from a lovely Lady whose daughter and friend were gang raped in Brighton.  It is for ALL those who see no evil in this Mandelson led invasion of a once peaceful country.
Currently watching BBC's Daily Politics and the guest apologist who wants all criticism of Islam to be outlawed. I want criminals who do these abhorrent acts to be more severely dealt with.  My suggestion of building a gaol on Rockall is not as risible as Muslim Rape Gangs allowed free roam around this overcrowded country, where CHILDREN are not protected. If this is not a Hate Crime, that expression should be erased from the vocabulary.

5 Pakistanis are currently on Police bail until September for the alleged rapes of my daughter and my daughter's teenage friend in Brighton on around 1st February this year.  Also, the Brighton Police, are separately seeking the credit card details of a rich 28 year old Asian boxer, who frequents the Kings Hotel on Brighton seafront and no doubt others, with children such as my daughter and her friend.  My daughter had to be rescued by her London old school friend, unconscious from the hotel bedroom on 31st January 2016 and put in a wheelchair, which happened to be in the room, with the 2 girls and the originally 2 adult Asians.  I had to turn up at the hotel, take a photo and Tweet it, for the Police to investigate it.  The detective man is an OIC by name and an OIC by nature.  

My daughter, 17 in less than two weeks, is very good at law and got 100% in a Chinese written GCSE paper, but has nothing lined up, in the way of education, for this September.  I have been trying to push for a secure residential children's home, with rehab, but they cost £4K to £6K per week and Islington Council does not want to pay this. Only Islington Council can refer a child to one of these 15 secure units across the country. The Executive Member on the Council for Children's Services, Cllr Joe Caluori, is Margaret Hodge Mp for Barking and Dagenham's son-in-law. After the blind eye that his mother turned to what happened across 12 children's homes in the 70's and 80's and her being made minister for children by Tony Blair; he, of course, is ignoring me. I believe that Margaret Hodge still lives in Richmond Crescent, where Jack Straw used to live, as well as Tony Blair and of course the current MP for Islington South, Emily Thornberry.  It really stinks.

It’s illegal to ride a motorcycle or drive using hand-held phones or similar devices.

The rules are the same if you’re stopped at traffic lights or queueing in traffic.

It’s also illegal to use a hand-held phone or similar device when supervising a learner driver or rider.


I ask but one question of the INSURERS. (1) If a driver has a mobile unit in his/her hand, does that make the Insurance invalid?

I know from personal experiences, with this being a Law of Strict Liability, that means you have to have a God on your side to escape sanction, that the Law is not being enforced?  Therefore, surely, the police have the Power and the Duty to remove the vehicle from the offender.  The facts that they do not do so only reinforces personal knowledge that the Police are badly served by their legal experts? 

It surely becomes incumbent on the Courts to remove forever the misguided idiocy that Drivers/People have a Right to drive, without concern for others, on our overcrowded highways!

The facts that the Courts deem children's lives, and those of their Guardians, are worth only two and one half years penal sanction is derisory and insulting to the victims and their grieving families.

If my argument is tainted by irrational prejudice, I give no succour to those who cannot see the folly of their attitude to the mindless killing of children on our roads.  If you think I have gone overboard, then try defending the video shown to the Court and asked, by the families of the victims, to be made public?

If the picture above does not made you angry, you should not ever have a Driving Licence.

In support were many from other of the Armed Services. The RN, many Guardsmen, Gurkha and Infantiers from across the spectrum of the Army.  Never to be forgotten were the Service Corps veterans of Logistics, Reme, RE and the ubiquitous Gunners.  There was also a band from former RM & RN members. The two buglers play immaculately, Last Post and RM reveille. 

But the day was about Alexander Blackman and his family.

This debate has rumbled on ever since the Council built an Old Folks Day Centre on the land.
Never once has the Council addressed the angst of their paymasters, the ratepayer and taxpayers of the Borough, but has ploughed on leaving the people in ignorance.

Not so many years ago, there was a large sign on the St Annes Road side of the Field with the Rules of use. Where has it gone?  Under whose instruction was the board removed and where are the minutes of that instruction.  If the Council officials deny that this board ever existed, the posts remain in place and have not been removed.

Since the Change in Use, it has become a Doggy Toilet and renamed by locals "Dog Shit Park"! Children have been heard to complain that certain parts of the Field stink of "dog shit".  It was in Blackpool, albeit many years ago, that a case of Parvovirus resulted in a child loosing her sight because of contamination with doggy feaces.  Who will be responsible for the next case/cases?  Definitely not the overpaid officials in Town Hall!

Innocent or Guilty

Wrong. You’d be forgiven for thinking this, given that it was in the prepared statement read out by his solicitor, but Ched Evans has not “demonstrated his innocence”. 

That is not how our criminal justice system operates. 

It is not a means by which the truth of a situation or event is conclusively and fully determined. 

Rather the jury are asked one simple question – are you sure that the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubt (or, as juries are commonly instructed, so that you are sure)? “Not guilty” means just that. The jury were not sure that he was guilty. They may have decided that he was totally, utterly innocent, but we don’t know. All we know is that they considered the evidence, and were less than sure of his guilt. 

As I tell juries in every closing speech – if you think the defendant probably did it, he’s still not guilty.
