I wonder how quickly his defenders in the cabal known as the Fylde Ex Servicemen's Liaison Committee will organise a defence?
Will they pay for legal help from one of the secret accounts once held by his partner, the late Cllr Jim Holdsworth?
Will the councillors who have assiduously ignored all the signs of malfeasance within this small cabal concede that they are mistreating true former soldiers for a little bit of publicity? They certainly have! Now Blackpool council, defend your actions in supporting this workshop where this alleged child pervert has been illegally allowed to flourish - supposedly in the name of Former Servicemen. NOT IN MY NAME.

It was the personality of the mouthpiece for the Veterans Badge that makes many local former soldiers not to wear or even possess such a gaudy reward for genuine service. Forge another million badges and give them all to the likes of the accused and his friends, I don't want nor need one.

FESLC held numerous meetings to distance themselves when it was discovered that severe irregularities were taking place, and leader of the council Peter Callow placed his portfolio in the hands on the Police. Strangely, no-one had the courage of their conviction to read the evidence and denounce the alleged perpetrators who closed shop and from behind shuttered doors campaigned against those with real concerns for Blackpool's charity status.
Cllr Simon Blackburn, Chris Maughan and Doug Green (as did all Blackpool councillors through their emails) have all received evidence of collective malfeasance and to date have done nothing. If they have I am willing to scream loudly a massive thank you, but until we know for definite and we are faced with the whole truth, disaffection will persist.

ReplyDeleteOr does the collective naivety provide an excuse for ignoring the mass of evidence thus to be stretched to accepting the unacceptable? Afterall, they seem to have done it with fraud, theft and illegal trading. What's another criminal activity amongst friends? Pity they don't have a magistrate or two to keep them on the straight and narrow.
I have been saying for a generation that the FESLC is unfit for purpose. Undoubtedly they will be heralding that the accused is not a member of this cabal but years of scrutinised meetings minutes suggest that the saintly figure was the central fulcrum of almost all of their activity.
Now can you see why that lovely lady in Rhyl was so disgusted with the DWP's representative at the N Wales launch of the Veterans Badge?
Let's leave that question as rhetorical as this cabal has ignored its responsibilities for such a long time.

ReplyDeleteWell lets now hope that justice is finally done with this perverted piece of scum. It seems he has got away with so much recently, including scamming others to benefit himself. How dare this "thing" hide behind our brave servicemen and women to pleasure his sick ways? Castration seems to kind for this horrible and cruel deceitful gutter-bum. He ought to be locked in a cage outside the said shop so that all who have trusted and associated with him, along with parents of those innocents can take great pleasure in seeing him rot in the open air whilst prodding him with red hot pokers.

I wonder just how many of his friends from FESLC and SOB shop will be there to support him in the courtroom? Might even jog along myself just to see someone who always craved publicity get what he deserves.
