Hero at the grave of his ancestors
On the 21st December 1910, the British nation was shook by the disaster at Hulton Colliery, Westhoughton, in which 334 Lancashire men died. This disaster soon fell into the mist of distant memories as the World recoiled by vile war and the needless slaughter of an entire generation of human life.
It left families desperate in poverty as mothers struggled in pre social services England, to raise and feed, educate and house impoverished families. This is not taught in schools because the left wing bigots have decided OUR history is all about Colonialism and Slave Trading entrepreneurs. The reality of our history is a million miles away from the Socialist Dream and lies forgotten along with those entombed in the Pretoria Pit.
In the picture is Dennis Shambley, a former Navy boxing champion, Royal Marines. A former miner himself, he is reviled because he joined the BNP. No-one mentions his service to us all.
