Outrage over £30m torture hush money: 7/7 families 'sickened' by payouts to former Guantanamo inmates

Payouts of tens of millions of pounds to 16 terror suspects provoked a
public uproar on Tuesday. Relatives of those killed in the 7/7 London
attacks said the settlement was a sickening taint to the memories of the
victims.

compensation,’ said Labour MP Ian Austin.

deal, which could total up to £30million, will be kept secret.
