Bailiffs again under review.

Robert Michael "Andy" Miller

The letter below is that sent by the family of the murdered Blackpool veteran Andy Miller to his political representatives. It will not be replied to.

Make everyone, and I include the current Minister of Justice and his henchpersons, Anne Marie Goddard etcetera, accountable and reactive to public and private anger and injustice.
Make certain that when a letter of complaint is sent to the MoJ, either direct or through an elected person, it is replied to within 21 working days and not some indefinite period.
When an inquiry is or can be proven to be "inaccurate" as in that of Andy Miller of Accrington, it is addressed immediately. Stop hiding behind legalese and a supposed large workloads, this is pure obfuscation and avoidance.
Create an echelon that is a conduit of the true facts and not the political correct "dreams" a minister wants to hear and get rid of those below the MoJ who wilfully or through neglect cause pain and suffering to the victims of criminal activity perpetrated by "agents" of the crown.
And where the Ministry and Minister acts in a way that causes harm to an already stricken person, that Minister should carry the burden and responsibility.
Make Marstons' responsible for the legalised murder of at least one of its victims and make certain that their culpability is recorded truthfully and accurately as a deterrent to future concerns who only want to make it rich on the agonies of victims of injustice and poor legal enforcement.
Most important, make Bailiffs know who their bosses are and the consequences of going beyond the useless and effete guidelines presently in place.
Politician are good at talking about courage. The incident with Andy Miller has proven they show none of it themselves.

Marston's a large group in the security sector, sent a bailiff to check on the validity of a statement by Andy's son that his father was seriously ill and was recovering after a recent heart attack and stroke. Conspicuously attired and looking strangely like a policeman, the bailiff attempted to serve a distress warrant at a home that Andy had not live in for over a year, whilst supposedly doing this task of verification.

The bailiff is and was in the employment of the authority, in this instance Blackpool Council. They have, through their elected councillors, ignored this murderous attack on a sick man with such alacrity you would think he - your councillor - was a failed soldier stealing a Help for Heroes collection box, then being patted on the back by the local police for a great sidestep. Ironic that the only criminality the police seem capable of prosecuting is speeding abetted by the CAMERA. They did not investigate Andy's murder because it was not reported, though the Ministry of Justice had and investigation - and never talked to the prime witnesses, the police, the Bailiff Company - Marstons, the specialist at Blackburn Infirmary who care so well for Andy only for societies guardians to ignore his right for life.

Just like every incident that the last Labour Government 'investigated', the whitewash was so liberal it obscured the question. EG. from "Report of the Investigation into the Enforcement of a Warrant against Robert Miller". "The entire sequence of events began with the failure of Mr Miller to pay the fine he was convicted of in court..." This statement alone proves bias as Mr Miller's right to use the entire legal system to challenge a decision back in court had been usurped by the thuggery and violence of a Bailiff. Read it any way you like Mr Straw, those are your words and you are supposed to be a lawyer. Small wonder your government was so corrupt. Small wonder that those who can hardly read scroll through this and instantly scream villainy on behalf of a man not paying a £120 speeding fine, allegedly.

  1. On the Bailiff direct issue, the government has now turned full circle and will not be having a public consultation but have initiated a web response site, http://www.openpublicservices.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/member-of-public/ as much use as unprotected sex with an AIDS victim. Very apt for Blackpool and Brighton.

  2. The Government has just spent £13 million on an inquiry about some Iraq bloke who died in army custody.
The result of this is that a dozen or so British Army lads may be prosecuted.
How much was spent on uncovering of the truth about the murder of ex British serviceman Andy Miller by a bailiff?
Where are the do-gooders when it is a British person persecuted by the court system and why were they so silent as this unlawful act was swept under the carpet?

  3. There is more money spent on one or two isolated cases of alleged abuse than there is on supporting our armed forces. The media are not interested in the thousands that do their very difficult job well as dictated by the powers that be, because good works are not news. The News of the World situation is 100% relevant:- DIG THE DIRT, HOW YOU GET IT IS IRRELEVANT.
Perfection or even something close to it is not, never has been and never will be achieved because of the do-gooders who dominate the quangos, lobby groups etc etc.

  4. Then it become ironic that Blackpool's council leader's response to being asked if he supports the criminal elements like Marstons was to say "you're not in my constituency".
It was echoes of liar 2i/c, that son of an immigrant Jack Straw, that receiver of the benefits of the sacrifices of the British soldier without having got his ace dirty, yes, we'll sort it out.
let me remind you, Straw, Blackburn and all the other tradition British haters, this IS YOUR mess that you created and which is destroying we British by stealth and design.
