Blackpool Elvis is a paedophile

'Elvis' banned from being near children

Blackpool Magistrates

Published Date: 24 May 2010
AN ELVIS Presley impersonator has been banned from performing in front of children.
Convicted paedophile, Darryll Howarth, was described to Blackpool magistrates as a risk to children.

Howarth, 53, of South Shore, has previous convictions for sex offences against both boys and girls.

Susan McLane, prosecuting, applied for an interim Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) on Howarth to be extended.

The Gazette dare not give his address even though his filthy residence is set amongst elderly families with visitting grandchildren. The Courts seem to want to protect this odious creature by putting vulnerable families at risk from his activities. Fortunately, not only is his identity now common knowledge, but all his neighbours will happily point out the cesspit that the Council provides to this beast, a devil who has never probably done a legitimate days work in his life. It was once a perfectly good home, but the disgusting state of the interior is refective of the disgusting state of this evil mans mind.
Yet the Council has a legal responsibility to house him but not to the wounded coming back from abroad!
