Public Order Act 1986 Section 4

Public Order Act 1986

(1)A person is guilty of an offence if he—

(a)uses towards another person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or

(b)distributes or displays to another person any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence will be used against him or another by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by that person or another, or whereby that person is likely to believe that such violence will be used or it is likely that such violence will be provoked.

(2)An offence under this section may be committed in a public or a private place, except that no offence is committed where the words or behaviour are used, or the writing, sign or other visible representation is distributed or displayed, by a person inside a dwelling and the other person is also inside that or another dwelling.

(3)F1. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(4)A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or both.

As YouTube demonstrates on numerous occasions, the Race Card is used because of the subjective terms of the very first part. How does one construe "threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour" if, as happens to former squaddies all the time, an interloper listens to the banter between two persons in a language that is common in the MessDeck or Barrack Room?

It comes back to Politicians being MORE intelligent than their pronouncements. I.E. Codified Laws.  The intent of a Law is lost when it decides to prescribe an action that is contrary and offensive to the innocent parties and users of ancient jargon.  All the hstory of Matelot Speak is lost because a group of Politically Correct Politicians have decided that language good enough for Nelson is not in keeping with their views of a modern and "ill-conceived" social experiment.

The result is that more attention is given to how we speak rather than the evil that others perpetrate on their families and supposedly loved one.  Samia Shahid was killed in a suspected 'honour killing' in the northern Punjab in July.

Mandelson and his cronies have flooded the country with a hoard of others who think our laws are beneath them, as in the instance above.  To facilitate and strangle debate, they inflicted on the indigenous people the insidious and immoral Laws as above.  Just because Politicians cannot accept that a substantial number of the people they have allowed to move into our country do not acept our laws or institutions, those laws and institutions have been corroded to accommodate the "immigrant".

Do you require another argument?  Just try to remove the Black Flag of Hatred from the hands of an immigrant on the Queens Highway and see who the Police will prosecute. It will not be the offensive immigrant and British Hater!
