How some counter inflationary fuel bills?
clipped from www.telegraph.co.uk
|
One disabled former regular has seen his fuel bills almost double in the past twelve months, even though some fuels, gas in particular, has fallen dramatically. The only action of MP's, is to guard against inflation for themselves and go for a ten percent pay hike and the additional increases to their unwarranted pensions when former soldiers are living in poverty.
And people vote for them?

Merry Christmas you foreign criminals - from the Labour Party.
clipped from news.bbc.co.uk
The UK's head of immigration Lin Homer said staff were committed to sending home all overseas offenders, whether they are dangerous or not.
"It produced a huge headline saying that he was going to remove all of these foreign criminals and that is the impression that the government has repeatedly sought to give. |
For all those who have told me...'their parents would turn in their graves if they voted against Labour."
To these people I say, "thank heavens my parents allowed me to think for myself.".
If you like incompetence, illegality, complete disregard for the electorate, carry on acting stupid and vote again for this immoral government.

ITS CHRISTMAS, DAY ALL IS SECURE
TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS HE LIVED ALL ALONE
IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MADE OF PLASTER AND STONE
I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE
AND TO SEE JUST WHO IN THIS HOME DID LIVE
I LOOKED ALL ABOUT, A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE
NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS, NOT EVEN A TREE
NO STOCKING BY THE MANTLE, JUST BOOTS FILLED WITH SAND
ON THE WALL HUNG PICTURES OF FAR DISTANT LANDS
WITH MEDALS AND BADGES AWARDS OF ALL KINDS
A SOBER THOUGHT CAME THROUGH MY MIND
FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DIFFERENT, IT WAS DARK AND DREARY
I FOUND THE HOME OF A SOLDIER ONCE I COULD SEE CLEARLY
THE SOLDIER LAY SLEEPING SILENT ALONE
CURLED UP ON THE FLOOR IN THIS ONE BEDROOM HOME
THE FACE WAS SO GENTLE THE ROOM IN SUCH DISORDER
NOT HOW I PICTURED A LONE BRITISH SOLDIER
WAS THIS THE HERO OF WHOM I'D JUST READ
CURLED UP ON A PONCHO, THE FLOOR FOR A BED
I REALISED THE FAMILIES THAT I SAW THIS NIGHT
OWED THEIR LIVES TO THESE SOLDIERS WHO WERE WILLING TO FIGHT
SOON ROUND THE WORLD THE CHILDREN WOULD PLAY
AND GROWNUPS WOULD CELEBRATE A BRIGHT CHRISTMAS DAY
THEY ALL ENJOY FREEDOM EACH MONTH OF THE YEAR
BECAUSE OF THE SOLDIERS LIKE THE ONE LYING HERE
I COULDN'T HELP WONDER, HOW MANY ALONE
ON A COLD CHRISTMAS EVE IN A LAND FAR FROM HOME
THE VERY THOUGHT BROUGHT A TEAR TO MY EYE
I DROPPED TO MY KNEES AND STARTED TO CRY
THE SOLDIER AWAKENED AND I HEARD A ROUGH VOICE
'SANTA DON'T CRY, THIS LIFE IS MY CHOICE
I FIGHT FOR FREEDOM, I DON'T ASK FOR MORE
MY LIFE IS MY GOD, MY COUNTRY, MY CORPS'
THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER AND DRIFTED TO SLEEP
I COULDN'T CONTROL IT I CONTINUED TO WEEP
I KEPT WATCH FOR HOURS SO SILENT AND STILL
AND WE BOTH SAT AND SHIVERED FROM THE COLD NIGHTS CHILL
I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE ON THAT COLD DARK NIGHT
THIS GUARDIAN OF HONOUR SO WILLING TO FIGHT
THEN THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER WITH A VOICE SOFT AND PURE
WHISPERED 'CARRY ON SANTA ITS CHRISTMAS DAY ALL IS SECURE'
ONE LOOK AT MY WATCH AND I KNEW HE WAS RIGHT
'MERRY CHRISTMAS MY FRIEND AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT'
THIS POEM WAS WRITTEN BY A PEACE KEEPING SOLDIER STATIONED OVERSEAS

Getting at the TRUTH

We all know from the 'dodgy dossier' that whatever the "INTELLIGENCE" experts tell us, it is probably miles from the fact.
Is this where Labour's priorities lie?

A Government who cannot pay for those who protect the realm, can find loose change for illegal activists. Having watched the Foreign Secretary smarm his way through an interrogation of a Parliamentary Committee and avoid/evade at every syllable, I am now convinced that British Politics have hit the incredible low of the Italians.
I am not convinced that the Conservatives are a viable alternative. Imagine Boris Johnson in a Cabinet with 17 of his Eton school-chums. Not bloody likely- to coin a phrase.

Police Pay and Service
clipped from news.bbc.co.uk
Jan Berry, chairman of the Police Federation in England and Wales, said each police officer would lose about £200 as a result of the failure to backdate the rise to September, but there was a greater principle involved. |
He - the soldier - has monies promised but not paid and the world is silent. Fact.
The constable from day one is on a better salary than the soldier.
Their families are treated like third class citizens. Illegal immigrants appear to have more rights than squaddies. MP's are ambivalent as far as families are concerned, and Charities claim benefits for which they did not earn. RBL does not give random monies to soldiers and their families - they first approach the Service Funds and most other avenues before dipping into the coffers donated by the public.Shame!
So go on strike. I haven't seen the fuzz protecting my district for almost a generation. ROB ON SCALLY!!!

The World Today
Labour helped Abrahams set up secret cash transfers:
for a party that promulgate law, they have little conception of illegality. What is worse, they put politicians like Keith Vaz up to defend their illegal actions. Irony, from an MP who refused to comply with instructions and wishes of a Parliamentary inquiry?Smith seeks 42-day detention limit:
To the uninitiated and those who do not care for this once Great Nation, the 42 day detention could be used against any citizen if the Government decides. Then it will be overturned in the European Courts and everyone is worse off. Did not Enoch Powell warn of these evens 40 years ago?Awards uproar as Ross makes Madeleine joke and Fern Britton calls giant bear 'Mohammed':
The bear truth is that people can call children Mohammed, but not their toys. I wonder what would happen if a boxer decided to call himself Mohammed? He would need an Ali!Tuesday, 4 December 2007

we've seen the programme, now watch the film.
Immigration surges to 25-year high:
not just here, but in Canada, a massive country, mainly empty because it is uninhabitable.

it is interesting to get a foreign perspective, and how foreign are my cousins in Kangarooland?
'I got a bit more than bargained for'
so said Scouse teacher to reporters. Take it from someone who has lived in Africa and fought in Africa, if you were not expecting this to happen, stay at home and get back into your glass bowl.
Iraqi kidnappers release British hostage video:
months on and there some who have not forgotten British hostages. It appears that the Government has?
MoD 'ignored' safety warnings over Nimrod:
Did you watch the part time Minister for Defence's defence of the indefencible? No. So you too do not give a sh*t about the brave people who protect your liberties?
